California Coast Camp

This camp is a great way to enjoy the beauty of the California coast and have great 3 days of cycling in sunny California. This training camp is a vacation with a purpose, come and boost your fitness for Kona.  Have fun while improving your fitness and your cycling and running.  Perfect timing for your Kona race.

Whether your goals for the trip include preparing for Kona, touring, completing your first century, losing another few pounds or simply learning to ride better and boost fitness.

Riding with Chris and his staff is the ideal way to improve your fitness.  There will be 2 groups that will split depending on ability each day.

Chris and his staff will help you determine your current fitness and establish your goals, as well as teach you specific workouts and training techniques designed to help you improve your fitness and achieve your goals. In addition to daily prep sessions by Chris, athletes at Chris Coast Camp will learn about sports nutrition, stretching, and basic Ironman tips.

The camp will be held in northern and Centrel, California. Along old Highway 1 from Half Moon Bay through Santa Cruz, Carmel, Big Sur, San Luis Obispo, to Santa Barbara.

Registration
A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due at time of registration.
The balance will be due 14 days prior to the camp.

Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded. Additional cancellation fees are based on how far in advance we receive your cancellation notice in writing.

Cancellation Fees:
  • More than 14 days prior: Deposit only
  • 8-14 days prior: Deposit plus Cancellation Fee of 50% of the original camp price
  • 0-7 days prior: Deposit plus Cancellation Fee of 100% of the original camp price

Chris Lieto reserves the right to cancel a camp. We will do so within 14 days prior to the beginning of the camp. In this event, a full refund will be issued. Chris and Staff are not responsible for fees associated with planning your trip, such as airfare.

If you have to cancel for any reason, your deposit and all subsequent payments will be applied to the camp you have registered for and cannot be transferred to an alternate camp.

Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies.

Availability
Camp is limited to 8 Athletes. We reserve the right to cancel any camp and refunds will be provided in full.

Arrival
Oakland Airport, no later than 3:00 pm, Please.
[Check in is at 1:00 pm]
Fly To: Oakland Airport (30 minutes from Danville).

Depart Santa Barbara Airport, After 6:00 pm on Monday Sept. 6th

[you may fly out of Oakland on Tuesday Morning, we will drive you back to Bay Area (Monday Night hotel not covered)]
